"Master Your Focus: Taming Distractions for Real Results"

Have you ever wondered why you can’t focus for longer durations or why your brain fog never goes away?

Some of you might not be able to relate to this (that’s really seldom). If you can’t then you actually are way better than the average joes out here. The sole reason of all this is your attention span. Wherever you look on any social media platform, the most trending are shitty dopamine filled videos which won’t even do any good to you or reels or shorts.

At first you have you stop watching this short form garbage content which won’t even help your future self and simultaneously learn mindfulness. How do you break free from the addiction of these short form junky videos? Some techniques which I’ve implemented are setting your phone on grey scale and some third party extensions for YouTube and Instagram which will block all the unnecessary things killing your focus.

Secondly, you have to increase your attention span and some of the most fascinating techniques are MEDITATION, READING NON-FICTION BOOKS AND WATCHING LONG FORM CONTENT (without any editing). In Meditations just focus on your breath and when distracted, focus again on it(doing this one time and is considered as one repetition) and do this incessantly till you die. Second one is a no brainer. Watching long form content includes watching your average study lectures on YouTube and watching educational content which has more value than more cheap dopamine hits.

Again, this is going to be brutal as you have to break free from a severe addiction of doom scrolling but if you are able to surmount this, the sense of peace you’ll attain from it is something that I can’t put in the form of words and sentences. This means no brain fog, not getting distracted in 20 minutes and having an urge to take a break.

I dare you to try this for a month and the results will speak for themselves.

A bonus tip: Just go out for a walk without your phone man!
