Make Better Choices
Everything you do is just a choice you made in the past to get to where you are now. And your current life solely reflects how good or bad your choices were.
You just made a choice now, to read this email. And you made an amazing choice!
You might have not made a choice to eat healthy and work out and your current health and body are the manifestation of those past choices.
The bad choice I made today was deciding to sleep in and wasting 3 hours just roaming in my bed, making awful choices every second of not getting up.

So, how can you start making better choices?
Build self-awareness around it. The next time you’re about to slack off waking up early or any choice at random, ask yourself, “How will this choice affect my future?”
The key here is to START SMALL. We’ll not instantaneously stop eating cake, instead, choose to eat only one piece of that cake rather than eating 3 to 4.
You have to ask yourself every time if the thing you’re going to do is a good or a bad choice. By building this simple self-awareness, you’ll save yourself hours a day.
Actionable steps
Know that every choice you make will be shaping your future. Choose wisely.
Start implementing small choices to get in the habit of making good choices and the compound effect will speak for itself.
