3 Indicators You’re Maximizing Your Teenage Years And 20s If You Want To Grow Your Wallet, Improve Your Health, And Have That Bullet-Proof Mindset.
Your Competition has never been so low. Everyone is weak nowadays. Chasing instant gratification, mindlessly consuming, and destroying their health and mind with junk food and porn. Even if you start taking the most minute steps toward your health, you've already outworked most of the people your age.
Imagine what will happen if you stick to it consistently.
Even if you have any one of these, you're moving towards the unconventional path, my friend.
Every young millionaire you aspire to be like online has all of these 3.
Building a body you can be proud of
Choosing and learning your own high-value skill
Creating a bullet-proof mindset
Building a body you can be proud of
Being intentional with your health is the most underrated solution to most of your problems.
When you develop the discipline to work out every single day and build a good physique, you no longer have to worry about consistency and discipline ever again as you've already mastered them. Use that work ethic in learning a high-value skill, starting a business, and in other aspects of your life, you'll outwork everyone. The confidence you'll have in yourself for the rest of your life is unfathomable.
Pro tip- Your diet plays a crucial role in how much quality work you produce and how long can you focus. Don't believe me? Go eat a bowl of pasta for your breakfast and then sit down to work. Consider eating nuts, meat, eggs (not with your processed bread), and cheese in the morning as they don't have carbs.
Choosing and learning your own high-value skill
There's no such thing as a business model.
They are just the relevant skills stacked on top of each other and slapped with fancy names such as SMMA, Dropshipping, etc. So instead of learning the "business model", invest your time in learning the skills that actually make the business model. If you want to go with a business model, dig down a bit deeper and identify which skills are required to succeed in that business model.
Some evergreen skills to start with are writing(consisting of persuasion, human nature, psychology), sales, marketing, and design.
Creating a bullet-proof mindset
You won't succeed how hard you try unless you don't have a good mindset.
If you think money is evil, you will never be rich. Identify the faulty beliefs that you have and work on removing them. The best book I can recommend to you to create an unbreakable mindset is reading Can't Hurt Me by David Goggins. It has everything you need.
"Whether you think you can or think you can't, you're right"- Henry Ford.
Work on these 3 through training, courses, books, and any other way.
Remember, you'll feel like quitting every day. That's why most people are mediocre. But if you got through the initial stage, welcome to the top 1%.
